ShellConnect Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

PointLink Co., Ltd. (“PointLink,” “we,” or “us”) provides the ShellConnect mobile application. This policy explains how ShellConnect accesses, processes, stores, and transmits data.

2. Data stored on your device

ShellConnect stores server names, host addresses, SSH ports, SSH user IDs, saved credentials, SSH host keys, workspace settings, command templates, and app preferences locally on your device so the app can provide its features.

Passwords are protected by the iOS Keychain with device-only accessibility or encrypted with AES-GCM using a key held by Android Keystore. Local workspace and server records are also protected by platform security. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for app data.

3. Direct SSH connections

When you connect, the host address, port, user ID, password, commands, and terminal output are exchanged directly between your device and the SSH server you selected. SSH encrypts this traffic in transit. PointLink does not proxy, receive, inspect, or store your SSH credentials, commands, or terminal output.

You are responsible for the security, policies, and lawful use of each server you connect to.

4. Biometrics and device authentication

If you enable app lock, authentication is performed by iOS or Android. ShellConnect receives only whether authentication succeeded. PointLink does not receive or store biometric data.

5. PointLink content and external links

Version 1.0 uses the PointLink information bundled with the app and does not contact a PointLink content-feed server. If a future version enables remote content updates, this policy and the store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.

Links in the PointLink and Settings pages open in your system browser. The destination website may receive standard network information and is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Data collection, advertising, and tracking

ShellConnect has no PointLink account, advertising, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or tracking technology. PointLink does not collect or share personal data through the current app version and does not sell app user data.

7. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete the corresponding server or workspace, clear the app's storage where supported, or uninstall ShellConnect. Deleting a server also deletes its saved credentials. Because PointLink does not hold ShellConnect app user data, there is no remote ShellConnect account data to delete.

If you voluntarily email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it only to respond, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Support correspondence is deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

8. Security

ShellConnect uses platform-protected credential storage, encrypted SSH transport, first-use host-key confirmation, host-key change warnings, and HTTPS-only external links. No security measure is absolute. Keep your device updated, use a strong device passcode and unique server credentials, and use only servers you are authorized to access.

9. Children

ShellConnect is a professional developer utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised effective date on this page and update store privacy disclosures when required.

1. 개인정보 처리자 및 적용 범위

주식회사 포인트링크(이하 “포인트링크”)는 ShellConnect 모바일 앱을 제공합니다. 본 방침은 ShellConnect가 정보를 접근, 처리, 저장 및 전송하는 방법을 설명합니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

ShellConnect는 기능 제공을 위해 서버 이름, 호스트 주소, SSH 포트, SSH 사용자 ID, 저장된 자격 증명, SSH 호스트 키, 작업공간 설정, 명령 템플릿과 앱 설정을 사용자 기기에 저장합니다.

비밀번호는 기기 전용 접근 속성을 사용하는 iOS Keychain 또는 Android Keystore가 보관하는 키를 이용한 AES-GCM 암호화로 보호됩니다. 로컬 작업공간과 서버 정보도 플랫폼 보안 기능으로 보호됩니다. Android 앱 데이터의 백업과 기기 이전은 비활성화되어 있습니다.

3. 직접 SSH 연결

연결 시 호스트 주소, 포트, 사용자 ID, 비밀번호, 명령과 터미널 출력은 사용자 기기와 사용자가 선택한 SSH 서버 사이에서 직접 교환되며 SSH로 전송 구간이 암호화됩니다. 포인트링크는 SSH 연결을 중계하지 않으며 SSH 자격 증명, 명령 또는 터미널 출력을 수신, 열람 또는 저장하지 않습니다.

사용자는 접속하는 각 서버의 보안, 정책 및 적법한 사용에 대한 책임이 있습니다.

4. 생체 정보와 기기 인증

앱 잠금을 활성화하면 iOS 또는 Android가 인증을 수행합니다. ShellConnect는 인증 성공 여부만 전달받으며 포인트링크는 생체 정보를 수신하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

5. PointLink 콘텐츠와 외부 링크

버전 1.0은 앱에 포함된 PointLink 안내를 사용하며 PointLink 콘텐츠 피드 서버에 접속하지 않습니다. 향후 버전에서 원격 콘텐츠 업데이트를 활성화할 경우, 해당 버전 출시 전에 본 방침과 스토어 개인정보 공개 항목을 갱신합니다.

PointLink 및 Settings 화면의 링크는 시스템 브라우저에서 열립니다. 이동한 웹사이트는 일반적인 네트워크 정보를 받을 수 있으며 해당 사이트의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

6. 수집, 광고 및 추적

ShellConnect에는 포인트링크 계정, 광고, 분석 SDK, 충돌 보고 SDK 또는 추적 기술이 없습니다. 포인트링크는 현재 앱 버전을 통해 개인정보를 수집하거나 공유하지 않으며 앱 사용자 정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

7. 보유 및 삭제

로컬 정보는 사용자가 해당 서버 또는 작업공간을 삭제하거나, 지원되는 환경에서 앱 저장공간을 지우거나, ShellConnect를 제거할 때까지 사용자 기기에 남습니다. 서버를 삭제하면 저장된 자격 증명도 함께 삭제됩니다. 포인트링크가 ShellConnect 앱 사용자 정보를 보유하지 않으므로 원격에서 삭제할 ShellConnect 계정 정보는 없습니다.

사용자가 자발적으로 지원 이메일을 보내면 포인트링크는 이메일 주소와 사용자가 포함한 정보를 받습니다. 해당 정보는 문의 응답, 서비스 보호 및 법적 의무 이행에만 사용하며, 그 목적에 합리적으로 필요하지 않게 되면 삭제합니다.

8. 보안

ShellConnect는 플랫폼 보안 저장소, 암호화된 SSH 전송, 최초 호스트 키 확인, 호스트 키 변경 경고와 HTTPS 전용 외부 링크를 사용합니다. 어떠한 보안 수단도 절대적이지 않습니다. 기기 운영체제를 최신 상태로 유지하고, 강력한 기기 암호와 서버별 고유 자격 증명을 사용하며, 권한이 있는 서버에만 접속하십시오.

9. 아동

ShellConnect는 전문 개발자용 도구이며 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 포인트링크는 앱을 통해 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 처리방침 변경

앱 또는 법적 요구사항이 바뀌면 본 방침을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 시행일을 이 페이지에 게시하고 필요한 경우 스토어 개인정보 공개 항목도 갱신합니다.
